NB Chito Ryu Officials Receive National Upgrade

Several officials from NB Chito-Ryu successfully upgraded at the recent Karate Canada Nationals in Quebec City. Terry Soucy (3rd from left) upgraded to Karate Canada Kata Judge A / Kumite Referee B, Neil Pond(2nd from left) successfully upgraded to Kumite Referee A, and Sensei Mazerolle (4th from left)provided leadership as a tatami manager all weekend.

Atlantic Chito-Ryu to host first ever Atlantic Open

CCRA holds National Technical Kyoshi & Renshi Clinic

CCRA Kyoshi & Renshi Technical Clinic was held in Toronto March 10 – 12, 2017 with the most senior instructors of the Canadian Chito-Ryu Karate Association in attendance. Classes were held at the Higashi dojo (Honbu dojo) as well as the Toronto Pan American Sports Center. Randy Rix awarded as Coach of the Year 2017 by Karate Canada

NEW MARYLAND, NB – As a karate coach, Randy Rix says his immediate goal is to continue to build the New Brunswick karate team and help them be successful. He has a fairly ambitions long-term goal, too: “2020.
