A PRECIOUS MOMENT
October 14, 2020 will be a very special day for our Association. As well as for Hanshi Higashi: Indeed, that day we will all be celebrating Sensei’s 80th birthday! Hanshi Higashi has dedicated his life to preserving and promoting the spiritual and technical elements that make the foundations of Chito Ryu, the way it was created by O sensei. He has disseminated the teachings of the Art internationally, and gained the deep respect of the entire global martial arts community. It continues to be a sincere gratification for us to benefit from his presence and his inspiring instruction. Those who will have been associated with him in their lives will be privileged. Hanshi Higashi of course continues to lead our Association’s teachings, and our Saiko Shihan Council helps share his wisdom. We all raise our voices together for a loud “HAPPY BIRTHDAY SENSEI!”. Dear Sensei, we look forward to the years to come, and the continued generosity and insight of your teachings! SAIKOOOOOOOO!!

Le 14 octbore 2020 sera un jour très special pour notre Association. De même que pour Hanshi Higashi: En effet, ce jour-là, nous allons tous célèbrer le 80ème anniversaire de notre Sensei! Hanshi Higashi a consacré toute sa vie à la préservation et la promotion des fondations spirituelles et techniques du Chito Ryu, tel que O sensei l’a créé. Hanshi Higashi a disseminé l’enseignement de notre Art sur la scène internationale, et a gagné le respect de la communité mondiale des arts martiaux. C’est un honneur continu pour nous de profiter de son enseignement rempli de sagesse et d’inspiration. Ceux d’entre-nous qui auront eu l’énorme chance d’associer leur vie à la sienne sont privilègiés. Hanshi Higashi continue bien entendu de partager sa sagesse et de diriger l’enseignement offert par notre Association et son Saiko Shihan Council.
